In this two-hour masterclass, Pete will guide you through the steps to perfectly open an oyster, offering insights into flavour profiles and serving tips.

Sit back and enjoy your own freshly shucked Pacific and Sydney Rock oysters alongside Champagne, which we will be pouring throughout your afternoon/Evening.

Along side the oysters will be Polanco Caviar and Yarra Valley Caviar which will be paired with some of the best Presecco to give your palette the complete experience.
